Do you ship internationally? What is your return policy?
You have one (1) month from date of purchase to return an item.
If you are having difficulties with the item in question, please contact the manufacturer (ex: Balmar or OGM) for replacement, technical help, etc. If need be, they most likely will deal directly with you for an exchange/replacement.

Defective Products / Warranty Information:
Most items we sell are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you experience difficulty with a product, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for assistance and troubleshooting help. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues. See above.
All products returned in their original condition within the 30 days, if accepted, will be subject up to a 33% return fee (25% to standard manufactures' restocking fee + 8% credit card processing fee). We reserve the right to refuse returns or assess additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is missing parts or is not in new condition.
Order Cancellation: If you have paid for your order but cancel before the item ships, you will be charged an 8% credit card processing fee - even if you have not yet received the item.
How to Return an Item:
1. Please email to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please add if the product has been used/installed.
2. Repack the product in the original packaging and place inside a box suitable for shipping with all the original enclosures, parts, and accessories.
3. Return it to the manufacturer or supplier (we will give you this information), postage pre-paid (C.O.D. not accepted), with the appropriate insurance. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
